Questions, answered.
What people ask us.
Can I buy a tracker online?
Yes. The store has genuine Teltonika and Escort trackers, sensors and fuel probes, with VAT included in every price. You pay securely with PayFast.
Are the trackers ready for the 2G and 3G shutdown?
The Teltonika FMC units are 4G LTE trackers, so they keep reporting as the 2G and 3G networks are switched off. The hardware page says which models they are.
What is white-label GPS tracking software?
Tracking software that one company builds and another sells under its own name. Ours is Trackerserver: you get the full platform under your own brand, with your logo, your domain, your colours and your outgoing emails, and your clients only ever see your brand.
What is Trackerserver?
The white-label GPS tracking software we build and sell: a complete platform that a tracking business runs under its own brand, on its own dedicated server. Your clients see your logo, your domain and your emails on the portal, the apps and the reports.
Do I have to buy my trackers from you to use the platform?
No. The platform works with more than 4 800 device models from every major brand, so you can connect the trackers you already have and buy new ones wherever you like. We supply hardware for businesses that want one supplier for both.
How do I get a price for the platform?
Ask us for a quote. Every white-label platform is quoted to your requirements, and the quote is confirmed in writing before anything is set up.
How fast can I launch?
Typically live within 24 hours. We provision a dedicated, isolated server, apply your branding and hand you the keys — no infrastructure to build.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We manage the hosting, SSL certificates, backups and platform updates. You focus on winning clients and fitting devices.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Every white-label server is a dedicated deployment with its own database, domain and tracker ports — fully isolated from other operators.
Can I add branded mobile apps?
Yes. Pick any of the branded Fleet, Pet, Bicycle, Installer, Stock Control, Responder and Mesh Calibration apps when you enquire, and add more later.
Can I choose which modules my platform has?
Yes. All the modules are available, and you choose which to switch on when you enquire — dashcams, fuel, sensors, CANbus, driver manager, maintenance, InSight Mesh, InSight BLE, InSight RFID and the rest. You can add or remove them later.
Can my clients log in at my own address?
Yes. Your platform runs on your domain, so your clients sign in at your address, see your logo on the login page and in the portal, and receive emails from your domain.
How are alerts delivered?
Alert rules can deliver by WhatsApp, Telegram and email, on a schedule you set, and can send a command such as immobilising a vehicle when they fire.
Can I bill my clients through the platform?
Yes. The built-in billing module handles products, quotes, orders, invoices, statements, payments and recurring auto-billing per device, at the prices you set.
Does it work with dashcams?
Yes. AI dashcams show road and cabin video live, send photos and clips on demand and when an alarm fires, and can be paired with the tracker in the same vehicle. Clips play beside a map of the vehicle's route, the fleet app has them too, and every clip carries your logo.
What can the AI assistant do?
It answers questions about the account in plain words — where a vehicle is, what happened on a trip, which vehicles have gone quiet, how to set something up — and builds reports when asked, ready to download, email or send on WhatsApp. It sees only the account it is asked from.
Does the assistant send our data to an outside AI company?
No. The assistant runs on the platform's own servers. Nothing your clients type, and nothing it reads from their accounts, is sent to an outside AI service.
Can my clients use WhatsApp?
Yes. Clients message your WhatsApp number and the assistant answers from their own account: a vehicle's location, a report as a PDF, a photo or clip from a dashcam. After a dashcam alert it offers the clip. You design the menu in the WhatsApp builder.
Is there an API?
Yes. A documented REST API and signed webhooks let you connect the platform to your own systems.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The shared demo account opens the tracking portal and every app, with no sign-up. When you are ready, we set up a demo of your own branded platform.
What is InSight Mesh?
Indoor positioning — a separate technology to GPS, for the places GPS cannot reach. You tag people, stock or equipment with small battery-powered BLE tags, and a Wirepas mesh of fixed anchors and gateways locates them in real time on a 2D floor plan and a full 3D building model. We are the only white-label tracking platform in the world offering Wirepas Mesh.
What is InSight BLE?
Trailer and equipment tracking without a tracker on the equipment. A small battery beacon goes on each trailer, caravan or implement, and the tracker in the towing vehicle hears it. The platform shows which vehicle is towing each item, where each one was left and for how long, plays back every tow, and raises an alert when equipment is left behind, is not back when it should be, or is hitched by the wrong vehicle.
What does InSight BLE need on the vehicle and on the trailer?
A Teltonika tracker with Bluetooth in each towing vehicle, and a Teltonika EYE beacon or EYE sensor on each item of equipment. The platform sets the tracker up over the air. The equipment itself needs no tracker, SIM card or wiring — the beacon runs on its own battery.
What is InSight RFID?
RFID tracking for the things that don't carry a GPS tracker: stock, tools, crates, roll cages and equipment. Each item gets an RFID label, read by fixed readers at doors, docks and shelves, by handhelds and phones running the InSight Scan app, and by readers on vehicles. Your clients see where each item was last seen and how that's known, who has it, and what went out and came back, in the same account as their vehicles.
Which readers and printers does InSight RFID work with?
Zebra FX7500, FX9600, FXR90 and ATR7000 readers and the Impinj R700 series connect straight to the platform. LLRP readers such as the Impinj Speedway, Alien ALR-F800, ThingMagic Sargas and Izar and Keonn AdvanReader connect through InSight Bridge. Zebra, Chainway, Urovo, Newland and Honeywell handhelds work with the InSight Scan app, and Zebra, POSTEK, SATO and Honeywell printer-encoders encode and print the labels.
Does InSight Scan work without a signal?
Yes. The app keeps its work on the device, encrypted, and sends it when there's a connection, with the times things were read. A PIN signs the user in when there's no signal, for up to 12 hours after they last signed in with their password.
What does InSight Bridge do?
It connects the RFID readers and label printers on a client's own network to the platform. It runs on a computer at the site, on Linux or in Docker, and makes the only connection out, so no ports need opening. If the internet drops, it keeps the reads on disk and sends them when the connection is back.
Do I need to survey a building first?
Only if you want the best accuracy. The branded Mesh Calibration app walks an installer through a floor, capturing survey points that build a radio map — it takes one person with one beacon, and it lifts accuracy well beyond a raw signal-strength estimate.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel at any time. Your data remains yours and is available for export.
